Mr. Stavros is the founder of Stavros Law. He has practiced law since 1999 in Utah. His practice includes both litigation and counseling in the areas of employment law, business law, real estate law and health care law. Mr. Stavros has significant experience in all aspects of civil litigation and has successfully tried numerous jury trials, bench trials and arbitrations.  Mr. Stavros' accomplishments as a civil litigator are extensive, including numerous jury verdicts, judgments and successful appeals of complex issues.  Mr. Stavros has been recognized by Utah Business magazine as one of the top employment lawyers in Utah in its 2017-2023 Utah Legal Elite publications. Mr. Stavros was also selected in the 2018-2025 Editions of The Best Lawyers in America®, was selected as Lawyer of the Year in Employment law in Salt Lake City in the 2019 edition of The Best Lawyers in America®​.  Mr. Stavros has also been selected as a top employment litigation attorney by Super Lawyers® from 2019 to the present. 

Mr. Egan is a shareholder of Stavros Law. Mr. Egan's practice focuses on civil litigation in the areas of employment, business, real estate and related commercial litigation. Mr. Egan has represented individuals and businesses in federal and state court, in administrative proceedings and in alternative dispute settings. Mr. Egan frequently appears in courts inside and outside of Utah on a variety of civil litigation matters, including complex commercial litigation, employment and labor law, business law and related matters. After practicing law in Texas for two years, Mr. Egan returned to Utah to practice law. He joined Stavros Law in 2012. During his time with Stavros Law, Mr. Egan has successfully resolved numerous employment and business claims, assisted in appeals to the Utah Supreme Court and Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, and obtained favorable rulings on various motions in ongoing litigation. He has also tried a number of jury and bench trials to verdict and judgment.  

Prior to joining Stavros Law in 2012, Mr. Clark spent several years working with a health care consulting company where he assisted in the development of strategic alliances with health care providers and health plans. He also helped navigate the company through complex federal health care regulations, including the federal anti-kickback law and Stark law.   Mr. Clark has significant experience advising businesses on a  variety of transactional and litigation matters, and regularly  represents clients in employment, business and health care law matters.  He also has significant experience with whistleblower and qui tam cases  arising under federal and state laws. Mr. Clark is a dedicated and  tireless advocate for his clients and has an uncanny ability to solve  problems and effectuate win-win outcomes for his clients. Mr. Clark has  helped business and individuals deal with trade secret, noncompete  and  nondisclosure issues, as well as separation and related agreements. 

Ms. Zavala is an associate attorney with Stavros Law. Her practice focuses on employment law, labor law and civil litigation. Ms. Zavala is a graduate of the University of San Francisco School of Law and completed her degree with a Certificate in Business Law. For her undergraduate studies, Ms. Zavala attended the University of Utah David Eccles School of Business, majoring in Finance. After graduating from law school, Ms. Zavala’s work has included a variety of areas in the law, including wills & trusts, representing plaintiffs in personal injury claims, and transactional work for business entities. During her time with Stavros Law, Ms. Zavala has successfully resolved numerous employment and business claims, assisted with trial and pretrial activities, dispositive motions, and obtained favorable rulings on various motions in ongoing litigation. 

Mr. Drake joined Stavros Law in 2025. Having served as in-house corporate counsel for more than two decades, Mr. Drake has first-hand practical experience with business contracts, employment law, advertising and consumer trade laws, intellectual property, insurance coverages, and public-company compliance. He began his legal career in 1988 with a mid-sized firm, litigating numerous cases over 14 years—including insurance claims, personal injuries, contracts, commercial litigation, landlord/tenant law, construction defects, foreclosures, collections, liens, family law, employment law, product liability claims, title insurance coverage, and probate issues. Mr. Drake’s practice now focuses on business, employment and commercial litigation.

Divanny Ledesma joined Stavros Law in 2025 and brings several years of experience in the legal field working as a paralegal and legal assistant. She earned her bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Social Justice and has worked at various law firms, gaining hands-on knowledge across multiple areas of law, including business, employment, civil litigation and  corporate law.

Ms. Ledesma provides critical support to the firm’s attorneys, handling case intake, case management, document preparation, and other administrative responsibilities. She is a fluent Spanish speaker, allowing her to assist with client interactions and ensure effective language accessibility. Ms. Ledesma approaches every task with thoughtfulness, efficiency, and professionalism to ensure consistent and reliable results. She is committed to delivering detail-oriented legal support that helps move the firm's cases forward smoothly and effectively.

Ms. Stavros is Stavros Law's Office Manager. She's responsible for the firm's daily business operations, managing staff and client relations, finances (budget, billing,  payroll),  facilities, and supplies to ensure smooth workflow. She is the heart of Stavros Law's practice and loves helping people in any way possible. Prior to joining Stavros Law, Ms. Stavros had a successful career at multiple major corporations managing vital relationships and  key clients.
